For your convenience, NHHSA accepts cash, personal or business checks, Money Orders, VISA®and MasterCard®, or debit card payments. Payments may be made in person during our normal working hours, by phone, or on-line via PayPal.
When using a credit or debit card for tuition payment, you may request in writing that your credit or debit card be charged automatically each month for ease of payment. NHHSA has a form you may complete for this purpose, and is available upon request.
On Campus and Off Campus students can participate in or avail themselves of any of the programs offered by NHHSA, with the exception of the specialized on-campus-only Orchard Classroom, at no extra charge. Additionally, On Campus students can attend either Day or Evening Classes or both (evening classes available August through May) at no extra charge. There is, therefore, no separate payment options for the individual NHHSA specialty programs (FastTrack Program℠, Grad Program℠, or RightTrack Program/Character Development℠).
Tuition fees for students attending New Horizons Home School Academy (NHHSA) are as follows:
The yearly Registration fee is $150.00 for Off-Campus Study and $100.00 for On-Campus Study or the Orchard Classroom program.
Tuition is due and payable by the 1st of each month. There is a $35.00 late fee when tuition is not paid by the 3rd of the month plus an additional $5.00 per day until tuition is paid in full. NHHSA reserves the right to suspend or dismiss a student when tuition remains unpaid by the 3rd of the month. When a student is dismissed because tuition has not been paid, the student’s records will automatically be placed on financial hold. NHHSA does not release student records when there is an outstanding balance on account.
Registration fees and Tuition fees ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Once enrolled, NHHSA requires a full and written 30 day notice of Intent to Withdraw should you decide to drop the student from enrollment. In the absence of this notice, NHHSA considers the student enrolled, and tuition payments and late fees accrue as noted above.
Tuition fees are never pro-rated based on holidays, absent days, vacation days or for any other reason. Tuition may be pro-rated at the time of enrollment only if the student’s enrollment occurs at any other time other the first day of the month. This is a one-time pro-rate allowance and is not valid at any other time.
We provide a 10% discount to any family who wishes to pay tuition in advance for a semester of study, and a 15% discount to any family who wishes to pay tuition in advance for an entire scholastic year.
